Join Wandi writing tutor, Tara Auty, for the first online Word Catcher Learning Academy ATAR Workshop focused on developing the writing skills necessary for the English examination.

The workshop is designed to help students prepare for their exams through modules structured around the components of the exam. The four pre-recorded video modules and the related exercise will focus on:
- core conceptual ATAR English knowledge

- Composition skills (replicating short form genres)

- Comprehension skills (writing a close analysis of an unseen text)

- Responding skills (writing an essay based on a studied text)

Tara is distilling the knowledge she has gained across her years of experience as a student herself and a tutor of both secondary students and at a tertiary level, to help stressed ATAR students feel better prepared and more confident about their ATAR exams.

The Online Workshops will all be hosted on Google Classroom. Video Modules will be accessible for students to view at a time convenient to them from Sunday September 27th. There will be 4 scheduled live group check-ins via Google Meet on Mondays for 4 weeks, until the start of the ATAR examination period. Details of the Google Classroom will be sent out once tickets have been purchased.
