    Event description

DeepBlue have been busy collaborating with curious creatives and technologists and we would love to show you what we’ve been working on in a three-part work-in-progress performance series. This is Part Two!

We will be testing new performance technologies as we explore the potential of AI to augment human creativity and artistic expression. These sessions will allow you to experience the development of new works in an interactive context, while being able to provide feedback on the music, technology and concepts to help us to shape DeepBlues exciting new shows!

Backed by a soundscape produced with AI music technology, a group of DeepBlue's will experiment with improvisation over AI generated musical soundscapes as well as test performing a live music score generated by AI. DeepBlue will be experimenting with members and audiences manipulating AI prompts throughout the performance to produce different styles and outcomes which are performed live by the musicians.

Session 1 explored generative visuals and the body as a gestural controller and human theremin (Shown in July)

Session 2 explores interactive generative music with real time performers in a live performance setting (22 Sept)

Session 3 explores interactive generative narratives with real time AI and audience interaction (Coming soon)
