Standing out in a competitive job market can be challenging. A clear Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is one of the most effective ways to communicate what makes your workplace great and why people choose to stay. 

Join our FREE Workforce Evolve masterclass to learn how to define what sets your business apart and translate that into a message that connects with job seekers and your current team. This practical session will guide you step by step through the foundations of an effective EVP and help you begin creating your own during the workshop. 

In this masterclass you will learn how to: 

• Understand the purpose of an EVP 

• Identify the strengths and attributes that make your workplace unique 

• Clearly express the value you provide to employees 

• Share your EVP confidently with both potential and current team members 

• Use your EVP to support attraction, engagement and retention 

You will leave the masterclass with clarity and a solid starting point to build or refine your EVP.  

Plus, when you complete your Workforce Evolve program registration, you will also gain access to two free one on one coaching sessions to continue shaping your EVP with your Workforce Coach. 

After the session, stay on for networking and light refreshments with local businesses and community partners.
