We’re excited to once again partner with the Fargo Moorhead Human Resource Association to explore the evolving needs of our local workforce. This fall’s survey dives into the trends shaping how companies attract, retain, and support talent in our region. And new this year, SHRM credit to support HR professionals.

Join us for a special event where we’ll unveil the current year’s survey findings, compare them to the previous year and highlight trends and insights noted from the analysis.

This year’s survey covers:

Flexible work environments
Recruitment strategies
Impacts of AI and utilization of skills-based learning in the hiring process
Use of workforce development organizations
Benefits offered and under consideration
Other key workforce data and trends

And with all the valuable data that will come from this survey, we will be leaving time during the event for small group discussions around critical findings to dive deeper into areas important to you and your company.
