Are you working with new Scots but not always sure how to handle conversations around culture and inclusion? This free online workshop is for you.

Led by Rani Dhanda of Inclusion Junction – a CPD Certified training organisation – this practical session will help you and your team feel more at ease when it comes to diversity in the workplace.

We'll cover why people worry about saying the wrong thing, how cultural difference shows up in rural organisations, and what simple, everyday behaviours can make a real difference to whether people feel welcome.

By the end of the session, you'll leave feeling more confident – not perfect, just better equipped.

Free to attend. Book your place today.
