Working Group | What’s in the Maintenance/Reliability Leaders Toolbox in 2021?
Event description
This working group will focus on 'What’s in the Maintenance/Reliability Leaders Toolbox in 2021'
What skills do effective leaders of maintenance and reliability need in their personal toolbox these days?
You probably have years of experience, technical expertise maybe in a specific area but what other skills and knowledge is needed in 2021 to move your organisation forward.
Do your goals for 2021 require improved processes and your teams to be effective in delivering results?
This is an opportunity to compare with others in similar roles, gather extra knowledge, delve deeper into specific areas, find out how to gain additional skills and network with others in your field.
On the day we may discuss such things as problem solving knowledge, cognitive biases, models around team development, engagement and alignment, change management models, associations or partners that others use, supplier recommendations and more.
See you there!
