Working Group | Factory Digital Transformation
Event description
This working group will focus on
Many organisations wish to improve their factory or process capability, it has been a goal for decades, with organisations investing heavily in programs based around the Toyota principles, such as LEAN, Six Sigma and others.
In this workshop, we will explore some of the fundamentals of improving process capability, and how Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence are part of this future. More importantly, how to get the best of them to suit your processes and business capability.
About the guest presenter:
John has over 48 years’ experience in manufacturing, with the last 25 years dedicated to helping manufacturers of all sizes utilise smart factory concepts. In more recent times, he’s become somewhat of an Industry 4.0 evangelist, and his passion and experience are valued by manufacturers, both locally and overseas.
