We have all read countless articles on LinkedIn showing colourful models of how to be a leader. However, there is no substitute for hearing ‘first-hand’ the stories that have made a REAL difference in your careers.

Our working groups are intended to broaden your business network by introducing you to your peers across industry and learning from your collective experience.

In this working group we will examine further:

How leadership behaviours have impacted your workplace.
What leadership behaviours carry the most influence?
How do we start the journey to change our environment?
What lessons did we learn from today?
