This working group will focus on Linking Strategy to Engagement and Results

What’s the Big Idea? – Align the company direction (Vision) with its goals (Strategy) with the plans of middle management (Objectives) and work performed by employees (Actions) to ensure that everyone is pulling in the same direction at the same time.

The outcome? Increased engagement and better results.

This is a great idea, and proven to be effective worldwide, but how well are we doing it?

This working group will explore the best ways to deploy strategy within our businesses and identify the red flags that could derail the big idea.

This event is ideal for organisation Leaders at all levels of the business.
