Working Group | Maintenance Budgeting
Event description
This working group will focus on 'Maintenance Budgeting'
“Nirvana” - Money to be available for maintenance activities when needed.
Unfortunately, in today’s climate the pressures to extract more from less seems to be increasing, and money is one thing that still will not grow on trees. This makes having a great process to develop your maintenance budget a necessity and the influence to negotiate your needs crucial to plant performance.
So, what is the best way to establish a budget that is fact based, gets approved and used and is a foundational element to improving your reliability?
This working group will revolve around how our membership handle these issues.
- Do you have a methodology to address this problem?
- How are you communicating to the business?
- Is this challenge creating innovation in the business or are people just doing less to maintain their assets?
Our events are an excellent forum for networking and engaging in 'peer to peer' learning with other members. To get the most out of the event you need to attend the event with a willingness to contribute to group discussions.
