Working Group | Whiteboards and Digital – What’s best for Engagement?
Event description
This working group will focus on on discussing the best approach to engage people in the process.
There is something valuable about physically writing or drawing on a whiteboard. Studies indicate that writing things down can help our brains function better in a whole host of ways, including idea composition and expression.
As organisations transition to real time data capture and digital information it is important to understand if we are gaining or losing engagement of the value stream employees by doing so.
Some of you have already made the transition whilst others are considering their options.
At this event we will discuss various members experiences, share information on interactive digital approaches and evaluate what is the best approach to use for your organisation.
Our events are an excellent forum for networking and engaging in 'peer to peer' learning with other members. To get the most out of the event you need to attend the event with a willingness to contribute to group discussions.
