Working smarter with data - Building your NFP's story from the inside out
Description
The world of the NFP sector is shifting gears and an organisation's ability to capture, understand and share their story is becoming essential for survival. And what is this story informed by? Data, data and data. Data can tell us what is going on internally - are we being productive and efficient with our time, and how is our workforce wellbeing tracking? Data can tell us the extent of the positive social impact that we deliver to the people we exist to serve, and provides insights into what we are achieving to inform critical decision making around how and where to invest our finite resources. And finally, how can we use data to report and share our successes and our story with our stakeholders in creative and inspiring ways.
Please join us for a lively interactive half-day conference designed for small to medium size NFPs to leverage the use of data to build their story from the inside out.
