    Who is this for?

    Ever arrived home from work emotionally exhausted? Find yourself irritable and frustrated at times? Feel like the world is a bad place? These feelings and thoughts are not uncommon for people who come into contact with, and have had to support people who have experienced adversity and trauma. This training would be helpful for front line workers, allied health, carers, hairdressers, teachers, physios, PTs etc.

    This workshop is for people who come into contact with others who have experienced adversity and trauma. This program includes understanding the second hand nature of trauma exposure, looking at signs, and exploring practical ways to manage these symptoms.
