Working with factors in Govanhill

Working with a factor can have lots of benefits. But many tenement owners also struggle with their relationship with their factor. We've teamed up with Greater Govanhill Magazine to give tenement owners in Govanhill a free seminar on how to get the best out of their factor.

Understand your factor's role and the Code of Conduct.

Learn about how to communicate and resolve issues.

Find out how to deal with complaints or replace your factor.

The presentation will be followed by tea and coffee, and a change to ask questions to our expert speakers.
