Have you ever found yourself completely consumed by thoughts of someone? Replaying conversations, analysing their every move, fantasising about a future together, or struggling to let go of an ex even when you know it’s time to move forward?

Perhaps you find yourself falling for someone’s potential rather than who they actually are. Maybe you become emotionally attached before you’ve had the chance to truly know someone, or find yourself caught in a cycle of longing, obsession, hope and disappointment.

You’re not alone. And there may be more going on beneath the surface than you realise.

Join Kiara Jade for a FREE educational webinar exploring love addiction, limerence, and the psychological patterns that can keep us hooked on people and relationships that may not be right for us.

❤️ What we’ll explore

✨ What is love addiction?

Understand what we mean by love addiction, how it can show up in our relationships, and why we can sometimes become emotionally dependent on romantic connection.

✨ Understanding limerence

Explore the intense infatuation, intrusive thoughts, idealisation and longing that can develop when we’re romantically fixated on someone, particularly when their feelings towards us are uncertain or unreciprocated.

✨ Why we fall in love with the fantasy

Discover why we can become attached to someone’s potential, the future we’ve imagined with them, or the feeling we hope they’ll give us, rather than the reality of who they are and how they show up.

✨ Signs and symptoms of love addiction

Learn to recognise patterns such as obsessive thinking, seeking validation, repeatedly checking for contact, struggling to let go, and prioritising romantic relationships at the expense of your own wellbeing.

✨ What’s underneath the pattern?

Begin exploring the deeper conditioning that may contribute to these experiences, including attachment patterns, self-worth, childhood experiences, fear of abandonment and the need for external validation.

✨ Where do you begin healing?

Learn how to start recognising your patterns, reconnecting with yourself, and taking the first steps towards building a healthier relationship with yourself and others.
