Too often self care and time for ourselves falls to the bottom of the list. We're busy being business owners, mothers, partners and everything in between, I get it! While I understand, I certainly don't approve. Too often my own mental health has taken a hit because my own wellbeing was pushed to the bottom of the list often falling off the list completely. It got to a point that I knew in order to show up in all areas of my life, I had to put myself first.

This has been the main driver behind launching the "Workout & Wellness" series in 2023. It is to encourage women to try new things, meet like minded people and support each other in the process of it. While writing it down and making plans to prioritise ourselves is one thing, committing to these actions is another.

Join us on Sunday, 26th March from 7.45am to 11am for "Workout & Wellness". We will be joined by Ainsley from Gains with Ains for a 45 minute body weight workout to start our day. Followed by a 45 minute brunch and opportunity to network with the other guests.

After brunch Ashley from Humanising Happiness will guide us through a 30 minute breathwork and visualisation, giving us the opportunity to really slow down and visualise what it is we want from our year. We then also have the optional extra to join in and challenge yourself to an ice bath. Please note, these tickets are additional and are completely optional. We understand everyone is on their own journey and we will not be forcing you to do anything you aren't ready for yet.

Event break down:

We ask guests to please arrive at 7.45am for check in and a prompt 8am start with Ainsley.

8am to 8.45am - Workout with Ainsley the leading lady of Gains with Ains

8.45am to 9.30am - Brunch and Networking

9.30am to 10am - Breathwork with Ashley the leading lady of Harmonising Happiness

10am to 10.45 - Optional ice bath, or continue networking with other guests

11am - Event finishes

Parking: There is a variety of parking within the complex marked as communal. Beyond this there is plenty of free on street parking available on Flinders Parade within close walking distance.
