Workout with WIB - Sculpt Pilates
Event description
We’ve teamed up with UC Wellbeing and Sculpt Pilates in Riccarton to bring you an energising Pilates session, the second event in our Workout with WIB series!
Join us for mindful movement that will help boost your mood, ease stress, and build strength, all while connecting with like-minded people in a supportive environment. Whether you’re new to pilates or a seasoned pro, this session is for all levels with talented Sculpt instructors offering exercise variations to suit different abilities.
Participants with limited mobility will still be able to perform upper-body exercises using props such as dumbbells, a Pilates ring, and a Pilates ball.
- Please bring a water bottle and pilates socks, if you have them.
Movement is a powerful tool for wellbeing, and we’re excited to help you build strong habits for both your body and mind. Prioritising movement like pilates, and breathwork each day can transform your wellbeing by enhancing your mood, reducing stress, improving cognitive function, and strengthening your sense of community.
