Course Overview

Ensuring workplace investigations are carried out fairly and appropriately is essential as poor investigations (and potentially unsound findings) could present significant legal risk and liability for you and your organisation.

Our Advanced Workplace Investigations course has been designed specifically for practitioners who are required to conduct their own internal investigations and has been developed by workplace lawyers with extensive experience and who regularly conduct investigations into extremely complex and sensitive matters.

This specialised training course will take practitioners on a journey through a simulated investigation scenario engineered to address both common investigation situations as well as the difficult decisions that can ‘make or break’ an investigation.

Taking participants from receipt of a complaint to collecting the evidence and making findings, the engaging content will equip participants with a deeper knowledge of conducting investigations as well as providing a forum for discussion with our highly experienced investigators. It would be expected that as a participant you have already been involved in the process of a workplace investigation, either in the workplace or having previously attended our Standard Workplace Investigation course.

If you conduct internal workplace investigations as part of your job function, register now to gain a deeper understanding of the nuances for your next investigation.
