🧠 Blended Online Mental Health First Aid – Workplace Course

📘 About This Course

This is the online version of the Standard Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course, designed to be completed in two parts:

Part 1:
💻 Self-paced eLearning (Approx. 5 hours)
Complete this interactive module at your own pace before attending the live sessions.

Part 2:
🎓 Live Instructor-led Webinars
Attend two Zoom sessions (2.5 hours each) facilitated by an experienced MHFA Instructor.

✅ What You’ll Learn

This course teaches practical, evidence-based strategies to assist someone who is:

Developing a mental health problem
Experiencing a worsening of a condition
In a mental health crisis

You'll learn how to offer support, respond in crisis situations, and connect people with professional help.

📦 What’s Included

Access to the MHFA eLearning platform
Two live Zoom webinars with a Principal Master Instructor
A hard copy MHFA manual, mailed to your address
Accreditation Certificate (valid for 3 years) upon successful completion

🗓️ Important Information

You must complete Part 1 (eLearning) before attending the webinars.
Your eLearning access and webinar Zoom links will be sent to the email you provide at registration. Please check your inbox (and junk/spam folder) approximately 1 week before the first webinar.
This blended course covers the same content as the 12-hour Standard Face-to-Face MHFA course.

Mark brings decades of experience in:

School leadership (Deputy Principal)
Disability and aged care support
Mental Health First Aid training and mentoring

Mark is also a Consultant Trainer with MHFA International, involved in training and supporting other MHFA Instructors. Known for his engaging, narrative-rich delivery, Mark creates a supportive learning environment grounded in real-world insight and a touch of humour.
