Workplace Mental Health First Aid (Blended)

Practical skills for real conversations

Support mental health at work with confidence and clarity

This Blended Workplace Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course builds the skills and confidence to recognise when a colleague may be experiencing a mental health challenge and to respond with practical, respectful support.
