Next, we'll be looking at three objects that are regular and represent three motivational approaches: the whip, the carrot, and the plant.

Motivational Theories

Participants will be exploring Herzberg's and Maslow's theories about inspiration during this session. Participants will also be asked to review their assignment.

Setting Goals

Setting goals is an essential part of motivation. This session will discuss the acronym SPIRIT for setting goals.

The Role Of Values

Participants will be able to identify their personal values and help them understand their motivations during this session.

Creating Motivational Climate

This session will discuss reinforcement theory. Also known as the behavioral concept of motivation, it will also be discussed. Also, expectancy theory and McClelland’s needs concept will be discussed.

Use Your Skills

Participants will be able to work on inspiring case studies during this session.

Designing Motivating Jobs

This session will discuss ways to motivate employees by redesigning or designing jobs. The ten things that you can do every day to incite employees will also be discussed.

Course Wrap Up

Students will be able to ask questions and complete an action plan at the end of each day.
