Event description

Workplace sexual harassment occurs in all industries, and at every level. 

This cost-free, interactive half-day training session is designed for all workers to learn about workplace sexual harassment and the important role of an active bystander in creating a more inclusive, safe workplace for all. 

Attendees will learn to:
• Define and identify workplace sexual harassment more clearly;
• Understand the gendered drivers of violence and other causal factors;
• Understand the nature and impact of workplace sexual harassment in Australia using lived experience stories;
• Build practical skills to take safe, appropriate bystander action, challenging and working to prevent workplace sexual harassment; and
• Recognise the significance of the role played by an active bystander, and a responder to disclosures of sexual violence.

Morning tea will be provided. Please let us know upon registration if you have any dietary requirements.
