Opportunity to define priorities specific to the Northern Rivers
Our goal is to attract and support a strong regional workforce, both now and in the future.

The skills shortage is a critical challenge facing many businesses today, impacting growth, innovation, and competitiveness. Our proximity to South East Queensland, a large employing center, adds to this challenge.
As industries evolve, the demand for specialised skills increases, widening the gap between available talent and business needs. Together, we aim to identify, priorities, and address these issues and opportunities.
