Workplace wellbeing is not just for large organisations/teams. Burnout is a significant risk for SME (small-medium enterprise) and in fact, in recent research conducted by Dr. Jarrod Haar, AUT, he has discovered that medium sized business (15-50 staff) are at most risk of burnout. We acknowledge that many SME leaders juggle budget and resource restrictions and with wellbeing such a broad topic, a common question is "Where do I start?"
