Join us to hear from our workplace law expert discussing what the Industrial Relations changes mean for your businesses. 

In collaboration with Australian Business Lawyers and Advisors, as well as the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, we will be hosting two events in Tweed Heads and Ballina. These events aim to provide our members with essential support and information crucial for adapting to the recent regulatory adjustments.

Kyle Scott, 
Director, Australian Business Lawyers & Advisor

Kyle heads up the Workplace and Employment team in Newcastle, bringing more than a decade’s experience as a specialist employment and industrial relations lawyer.

Partnering with HR managers, Kyle manages complex workplace issues, providing pragmatic and commercially-focussed advice that allows businesses to mitigate risks and make informed decisions. Assisting clients in all areas of workplace law, Kyle has particular expertise in managing complex terminations, enterprise bargaining, award compliance, post-employment restraints and employment litigation. Kyle also regularly conducts workplace investigations for both private and public sector clients.

His practice is a mix of advisory work and litigation. Where matters turn litigious, Kyle regularly represents clients in a range of courts and tribunals including the Fair Work Commission, the NSW Industrial Relations Commission and the Federal Circuit Court. As a sought-after speaker on a wide variety of workplace law topics, Kyle regularly presents to industry forums, and enjoys contributing to debate around industrial relations reforms.
