• Learn about PARADOXES and the ways in which we set ourselves up for failure by assuming that we are so rigidly defined! 
• Learn beginners YOGA PHILOSOPHY, & practical frameworks / tools that can help you to make sense of the world and provide a structure for navigating lifes challenges with more GRACE & EASE.
• Experience what it is to be in complete RECEIVERSHIP and allow another to do for you, without giving anything in return. 

After learning the Richness of Yoga Philosophy theory, and being held and celebrated completely as you are in community - it's time to integrate with a beautiful 2hr Spirit Breathwork experience by the very skilled Leilana, from ‘Moments in Touch Holistic Healing’.  
This Potent use of intentional breath, allows for the transformational healing of emotional, physical and mental pain - reaching a profound state of inner peace in its place.
