After a morning or learning, and being held and celebrated completely as you are in community - it's time to integrate with a beautiful 2hr Spirit Breathwork experience by the very skilled Leilana, from ‘Moments in Touch Holistic Healing’.
This Potent use of intentional breath, allows for the transformational healing of emotional, physical and mental pain - reaching a profound state of inner peace in its place. This is appropriate for beginners through to experienced breath work practitioners!
