Workshop: A Loo of One's Own – inclusive comics!

Australia’s democracy wasn’t built for everyone and neither were our toilets. In this creative workshop with cartoonist and children’s author Eleri Harris, kids will draw short comics about what it means to exclude and what exclusion feels like, using art and humour to start thinking about how to include others.

This workshop is suitable for ages from 6 to 10 years old.

This free workshop will be held in the Northern Gallery at Adelaide Town Hall, 128 King William St, Adelaide, alongside the Papercuts Comics Festival Market Day happening from 11am to 5:00pm at the Auditorium in the same building.

This is the first of four one-hour workshops to be held during the course of the Market Day.

This workshop is strictly limited to 16 participants and bookings are essential. All workshop materials will be provided. Please arrive at the venue at 11:15am for a start time of 11:30am.
