Join birth and postpartum doula and Ayurvedic health Practitioner, Sole Smith, as she explores women’s health through the holistic lens of Ayurveda, and invites other women to share.

Ayurveda offers profound practices and methods to balance one’s menstrual cycle, hormones and encourage overall vitality. We will explore fertility, family, reproductive health, hormonal health, postpartum and more.

No matter your understanding of Ayurveda, this will give you a fascinating window into this knowledge.

There will be opportunities for questions throughout the session.

This is an intimate space and workshop for women or those who identify with the feminine only.

About Sole Smith

Sole Del Riccio Smith is a birth & postpartum doula and Ayurvedic Therapist.

She specialises in postpartum care and pediatrics, particularly around the emotions of babies.

She is passionate about the importance of honouring and nourishing women throughout significant and sacred rites of passage, and various health circumstances.

She has been trained as a doula with the Raju Family of Ayurvedic doctors, Anna Watts (founder of Celebration of Birth Doula Academy) and Daniela Escobar from Soma Shakti.

Sole devotes her life to this work, to honour and enliven the Divine within each individual and each aspect of life.
