Looking after our physical body and our mental health is great but, it is our spiritual health that often gets forgotten about.

Everything is energy and our chakras can reveal so much about the work we need to do to bring about more peace and harmony into all areas of our life.

We are spiritual beings having a human experience, and we came here to expand our consciousness and grow spiritually. We do this not only by overcoming obstacles in life but also by becoming aware of our patterns and triggers and exercising the shifting of energy into a new and positive direction. Changing ourselves is the only way we can alter the liquid mirror that is our life, reflecting back at us and thus creating the new.

Our 7 main chakras, our energy centres, play an important role in our spiritual development. If we have an imbalance in one chakra, it may also put other chakras out of alignment. In this half-day workshop, we will identify imbalances and clear away any blocks, allowing the energy to flow freely.

We will explore:

Introduction of the 7 major chakras
Balancing the chakras
Meditation and breath work
Techniques on how we can keep our chakras in alignment

When: Sunday 20th April 2025. 9.30 am - 12.30 pm

Where: Hippocrates Health Centre, 6 Julie Way, Mudgereeba. Plenty of on-site parking is available.

What to bring: Journal or notebook, water bottle and a plate to share (vegetarian or vegan) or some fruit or snacks if you would like to stay for a bite to eat at the end.

90% of profit will go directly into a fund to help support a loved one, and the other 10% will go towards the upkeep of the Hippocrates Health Centre. Thank you. The ticket does NOT include accommodation.
