Transformational change within an organisation is the most difficult thing to do and creates stress for leaders and teams. How to come back together into the organisation in a changed post-covid world is an example of such a challenge. Organisations strive to deliver their goals as well as being a place where people feel connected and valued, heard and seen, challenged and supported. However, we don't really see this happening. What is missing is the Systemic Approach.

About the Facilitators

Ingrid van der Aa - Originally from the Netherlands, Ingrid has lived in Australia for 15 years. Ingrid’s varied career started after gaining her Masters’ degree in Business Economics. She worked in corporations in the UK, The Netherlands and in Australia, in Senior Finance Management and more recently in Transition Coaching. She is also an accomplished artist with a Masters’ degree of Fine Arts from University of Sydney, exhibiting nationally and internationally. Trained facilitator for systemic organisational constellations, by Bert Hellinger Institute in the Netherlands.

Vivi Aguiar - Originally from Brazil, Vivi has a Masters’ degree in Business Management. Transitioning her professional journey from Commercial to Human Resources, she had an extensive career as an executive HR director and as an organisational development consultant. She worked for international companies with headquarters in the US and Europe. Trained facilitator for systemic organisational constellations, by Bert Hellinger Institute in the Netherlands.
