Workshop - Discover Your Leadership Style

Leadership is rarely taught, but often experienced. We all have a natural leadership style - even if you don’t think you’re a leader. Think of it like gravity - whether you understand the science behind gravity or not, it doesn’t matter. Gravity still applies! It’s the same for your leadership style. You are acting out your leadership style, whether you know about it or not. 

In this workshop you will:

• Discover your natural Leadership Style
• Learn how to play to your strengths (e.g. if you’re a big picture thinker, how can you ensure someone in your team loves the detail? Or what systems can we put in place to help you close out things, and what pitfalls to look out for)

There is an optional lunch at 12:30pm where you can continue the conversations (in walking distance). Leadership doesn't have to be lonely! I will contact you for RSVP for booking the lunch table.

Parking: There is street parking available at Newstead Studios (some all day, some metered. Come early and so you can park without stress)
