Come and spend the day deepening our connection with self. Filling our 'cup' joyfully & building on our spiritual toolkits to assist us to find balance and calm even when we are challenged.
Through mindfulness, sound, light language activations, mandala creation, play and discussion I invite you to say yes to me time.
