If you've already learnt to Round, join Zoe, and a group of like minded legends, to enjoy practicing a Round together.

As with group meditations, practicing a Round together may have the effect of deepening your experience as we all move in the same direction together.

The month of October is a great opportunity to practice a Round regularly, with Group Rounds being offered every Sunday throughout the month.

This is the perfect way to round out your week (pun intended) and to set you up for the week to come. Let's roll around on the floor together and get less stressed!

About Zoe Cornish

Zoe is a Shoalhaven local and loves giving back to the community she grew up in as a Vedic meditation teacher - helping others to reduce their stress and increase their enjoyment of life by enjoying the simple, practical and effective practice of Vedic meditation.

She went to Nowra High, has bought and sold a home in the area, opened and closed a restaurant in Huskisson and loves just about everything about the Shoalhaven.

With over 3000 hours dedicated to teacher training, Zoe is an expert in the field of Vedic meditation and teaches both independently and as part of the Be Here Nowra Team, up and down the South Coast.

Having practiced hundreds, if not thousands of Rounds, Zoe has a deep love for her Vedic meditation practice and this relaxing extension to it and would love to share that with you if you're feeling charmed.
