Learn How the HELP App Supports End of Life Care

Social connection and support from friends, family, and community can make a world of difference at the end of life. The Healthy End of Life Planning (HELP) App is a free, easy-to-use tool that helps people coordinate care and build strong support networks.

Join this free, hands-on workshop to explore how the HELP App works, the research behind it, and how you can play a vital role in network-centred care for people in your community.

The Workshop will include:

  • Insights into the research behind the HELP App

  • Understanding the barriers around supporting someone at end of life and how to address them

  • Exploring the concept of network centred care

  • Overview of the HELP App and the key features

This workshop has been developed in partnership with the Compassionate Communities Collective Inc.
