WORKSHOP - Local Music Leadership

Whether you're building a community choir group, putting together a band, or building an audience following - the strategies you'll learn will work across groups of common interest to reach shared goals.

• Build communication

• Share the administration workload

• Celebrate shared wins!

We'll also use this opportunity to explore building a community choir, sharing the coordination workload across many members.

Supported by the Mid West Development Commission, this workshop supports musicians and instrumentalists who are leading groups of interest, and individuals who want to help build a strong and connected music ecosystem here in Geraldton, promoting our local sound to the world.

Following Saturday's workshop by Bec Schofield and Dave Mann of The Nomadics, is a live music performance at Homegrown on Gregory House Concert, featuring Nick Austin and Alexia Parenzee and Band.
