The time-tested wisdom of Ayurveda helps us navigate this transitional period in life with grace, ease, and acceptance. There is much angst that surrounds this phase of a woman’s life in modern times, and it is generally a result of a lack of understanding and acceptance as well as the nature of demands on the modern woman that leaves much room for imbalances to manifest. In many indigenous cultures, this phase of a woman’s life is regarded with much reverence as she is allowed space for her personal evolution when her energies and attention can be directed inward. Nature of life is transformation, from one wholeness to another. Nothing is lost. Just as we transition from child to adolescent through puberty, we go through yet another transition from our reproductive years to our wise women years.

This workshop will aim to educate and empower women with the Ayurvedic view on this phase of a woman’s life, the importance of beingness during such transitions, the different ways we may experience perimenopausal symptoms based on our imbalances and constitution as well as tips and tools for alleviating them to find balance. Not only is it possible to experience a symptom-free transition to menopause, but it’s a time of great potential to enliven your inner intelligence and power that carries you through this new phase of life that is ripe for spiritual growth and journey back to the Self.

About Erandati

Erandati considers it a great privilege and honor to share this age-old wisdom in her capacity as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. Through simple but profound changes to diet, lifestyle, behavior, and exposure to the environment, she believes individuals can realign themselves with their true nature and begin to address imbalances from the very foundation of their being.

Her genuine motivation is to educate, guide, and support others on their journey back to balance by focusing on health rather than disease. Erandati's aim is to provide the knowledge and tools for individuals to take responsibility for their own health by tuning into their Self and allowing that inner Soma to shine through.

Erandati has had an incredible line-up of teachers who have bestowed upon her this knowledge, and she continues to learn and grow in many ways with them as her guides. Her formal qualifications include a diploma in Ayurveda from the Australasian Institute of Ayurvedic Studies (AIAS) and a Master's in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University (MIU) in Iowa, USA.
