Workshop on how to write Functional Capacity Assessments for Social Workers - In Person

This workshop is run by Rachel Allan from Southern Social Work & Counselling Services, Principal Social Worker.
This is a small workshop for 4 people, and this will be facilitated in person in Morphett Vale, Adelaide at the SSWCS office.
This workshop is ideal for social workers who need a more in depth, group focussed collaboration to understand or further understand writing a FCA within the NDIS industry for participants.
The goal of the workshop is for you as a social worker to feel you can write a Functional Capacity Assessment.
You will gain the knowledge and insight of:
- What to write in a FCA
- Who you can write FCA's for
- Understanding the concept and structure of the FCA
- What assessments you can use/for who/where to find them and costs involved etc
- Understanding the format of the FCA - domains, justifications and quote
- Breaking down the FCA template which you will receive prior to the workshop
- Be able to ask questions during the workshop and collaborate
- Resources will be sent prior to the workshop
- Certificate at the end of the workshop to be sent via email you booked your ticket with
