Workshop Series - Reducing Drama in the Workplace [and Everywhere Else!]

What would it be like to experience less drama in your workplace, family, and community? 

Trebuchet Group is excited to partner with Caitlin Walker, author of From Contempt to Curiosity - creating the conditions for groups to collaborate - with clean language and systemic modelling. We will be leading a series of interactive workshops where you will learn symptoms and cost of drama, the Drama Triangle, how to spot it, and how to honor others while inviting yourself and them to reduce the drama that’s present. You will gain new perspectives, be equipped to start self-management, and take away some tools to start addressing drama in your workplace and life.

You have options for how and how much to engage with this material. 

• Monday morning - learn the framework and tools to spot and reduce the drama.
  

• Monday all day - above workshop followed by lunch and afternoon session to practice the tools you learned in the morning, as well as learning some additional methods for reducing drama.
• Monday - Wednesday - the full day Monday workshop with a two-day follow-on to level up your ability to stay in the Power Triangle, give productive feedback, and work together as a team with healthy conflict.
• You can join online for the Monday workshops if you are not able to be with us in person in Fort Collins, Colorado.
