Workshop: Tracing the moving body
In this workshop, you will collaborate with others and explore the spatial and relational aspects of drawing as a performance. We explore our body as a space and trace the marks of our gestures. This process-based workshop will be a fun, sensory and mindful experience exploring drawing as an action. Please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty with charcoal.
There is no drawing experience required for this workshop. All materials are provided.
The cost of the workshop is $95 + booking fee
Lunch, coffee and other refreshments will be available for purchase from the Flaxton Gardens café and restaurant
This workshop requires a minimum of 8 participants, maximum 12.
Workshop ticket includes entry to the Sculpture on the Edge exhibition.
