Discover the art of giving and receiving — the Wheel of Consent (developed by Betty Martin) is a playful, profound way to explore boundaries, desires, and clear communication. This workshop will change the way you relate — to your body, your boundaries, and the people in your life — so connection feels more easeful and authentic.

We’ll share a little theory, but you’ll mainly be practising with the Wheel of Consent — exploring your wishes, boundaries, and communication in a safe, supportive space.

This is a clothes-on event and everyone is welcome exactly as they are. We would love to see you there!
