SPACE – for Being and Creation workshop

This workshop invites participants into a meditative and spacious experience of the rich terrain existing between meditation and creativity.

Through meditative techniques cultivating present moment awareness and a deepening into an undercurrent of stillness, we will expand into a practice of being and creation with space given to movement, writing, discussion, contemplation and connection to the nature of ourselves and each other in deep listening, witnessing and experiencing.

This is an invitation to pause, reset and refill your inner reservoir of energy, ideas, experiences and new perspectives. An opportunity to unfold, expand and nurture creative aliveness in restorative, inspiring SPACE.

This workshop is suitable for artists of all disciplines, writers and researchers, and people of all walks of life with a meditation and/or yoga practice. Please reach out to Lizzie at producer@criticalpath.org.au with any questions.

Further information

Elizabeth Ryan is a dance artist and meditation teacher who has spent many years deepening her understanding of the body and human experience. She has moved through and trained in a wide array of modalities and embodied practices that create space for transformation, the expansion of consciousness and the cultivation of presence and awareness. Her work dwells in liminal spaces, engaging in practices that enliven our capacity to perceive mystery, stillness and the inner world, encouraging connection to our innate wisdom and the flourishing of creativity.
