A Workshop for those teenagers who live with Anxiety -

When your day is filled with worry, overthinking and the inability to be still...
If you are a teenager, 15-17 yrs old, who identifies as female, and really wants a place to be heard, understood and supported, then this is an hour not to miss!

Lisa, of In2Balance Kinesiology is offering 2 workshops during the school holidays just for you.

We will explore EFT Tapping, acupressure, mindfulness, essential oils and movement/music to help ease anxiety and bring joy back into your world.

Each session is 1hr long, and has restricted numbers, maximum 10.

The venue is In2Balance Kinesiology - 11/8 Fisher Rd (also known as 11/1/Redman Rd),in Dee Why. The entrance is in the Redman Rd Plaza, opposite Spangles Dancewear.

Bring a friend, or your parent/carer.

You will leave each session feeling calmer - knowing you have new strategies to help bring peace and happiness back into your life.
Each participant will leave with a personalised essential oil roller bottle.
