May 20th is World Bee Day! To celebrate, the Bathurst Campus Environmental Working Group (CEWG) is running a hands on event for our Bathurst Campus. This is will the support of the International Student Office, Student Connection and Sustainability at Charles Sturt.

The event will include

Garden Work & Propagation Lesson: Learn how to propagate plants using repurposed containers and how to make your garden pollinator friendly. All participants will get the opportunity to take home their own propagated plants!
Craft Session: Get creative with pollinator-themed crafts to compliment your new addition
Waggle Dance: Join us to learn and perform the famous Waggle Dance at 12:30 PM. The performance will be recorded for social media!
Morning Tea: Enjoy a delightful morning tea with fellow bee enthusiasts. There will be the opportunity to score a free coffee from the CHEERS Cafe to those who also bring their BYO Cup, along with the opportunity to win an array of kindly donated honey products.

This is a FREE event that is open to everyone! Students, staff and community members.

The event will be held outside Building 1413 (Rafters Bar): World Bee Day Event Location
