Take a moment for yourself and join us for Yoga with Maria - a welcoming and relaxing session designed for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or a regular practitioner.

These sessions focus on gentle movement, stretching, breathing, and relaxation to help you feel calmer, stronger, and more balanced - mind and body.

Facilitated by Maria, an experienced and caring instructor who creates a supportive and inclusive space for everyone.

Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats, towels, drinks and snack provided.
