WORLD HAT WALK 2026 - Ipswich

This year Ipswich will join thousands of other like-mined people from around the globe when it hosts its inaugural WORLD HAT WALK. Join in and be part of the growing world phenomenon that WORLD HAT WALK is becoming, when we gather together to celebrate and give the humble hat a place to shine.

Be part of a joyful relaxed morning of connection, colour, and community as we welcome WORLD HAT WALK right here in Ipswich (No need to travel into Brisbane.)

This is a beautiful opportunity to gather, stroll, and celebrate the spirit of friendship, fun, and self-expression. Whether you’re part of a Red Hat group or simply love the idea of a morning filled with vibrant hats and lovely company, you are warmly invited.

We welcome ladies from all local groups including: The Bewitching Belles, The Irresistibles of Ipswich, The Sapphire Ladies, Diamonds & Pearls Ipswich, Southern Belle Ipswich - and of course, friends, family, and the wider community.

What to Expect:
Meet at the rotunda from 10:00 AM for a group photo at 10:30 AM, followed by a gentle, leisurely stroll through the park. Time to chat, connect, and enjoy the moment together

The Setting:
Shaded rotunda for comfort. Seating available. Accessible paths (walker-friendly). Ample parking including accessible spaces. Public amenities onsite. Feel free to bring an umbrella - for sunshine, showers, or simply a touch of flair for photos. This is not about distance or pace — it’s about presence, connection, and a shared moment of joy.
