World Laughter Day is celebrated worldwide on the 1st Sunday in May every year.

This year celebrating 29years of

Laughter Yoga

This annual event is organised by Laughter Clubs around Australia as a community service and celebration in spreading the message of Laughter and it's many Health benefits.

Join Laughters' from Laughter Clubs South Australia in celebrating this wonderful event.

We will be laughing for Mental Health and Harmony, spreading the Joy and Connecting.

Laughter builds communities, breaks down barriers and builds relationships.

We will be meeting at Semaphore Foreshore

1pm until 2pm

Bring a yoga mat or towel, a chair, a water bottle and of course your Laughing Gear.

Please bring Family, Friends and a picnic lunch.

This free Community Event is suitable for all ages and abilities.
