Come and join our Special meditation helping you to lower your stress level, regain inner peace and balance your body energy, all immersed with a beautiful sound bath healing. A guided meditation will help you to connect deeply to your inner guide. Journalling to close the experience.

Deb is a Yoga teacher, a free spirit who likes to play Tibetan healing bowls...Yoga came into her life in 2010 when she was living in London, a new revolution in her life! Today, counting 10 years of Yoga practice...teaching it's a true vocation and she has made of it her profession. Deb has completed her Yoga Teacher Training & Ayurveda basic principles with Ayurveda massages & therapies in India. Today you find her, practising yoga & meditation, teaching mindfulness and helping people to have a grounded and balanced life in Sydney CBD, Bondi Junction & Vaucluse. Deb has recently embarked on her 2nd Yoga Teacher Training to better serve you.
