Imagine walking into a room and feeling welcomed from the first hello. Warm faces, easy conversation, and women who get it.

💫🌟💫 On World Menopause Day, I'm bringing the Australian premiere of Wise Women: Humanity's Untold Origins to Sydney and I'd love you there.

When I first watched this film, I got goosebumps. Humans are one of the only species where women live decades past their reproductive years. Nature doesn't waste anything. So what is this season of life for? The research shows the world needs us in midlife more than we've ever been told.

This afternoon is for you if:

You're in midlife, menopause or beyond (or getting close)
You're ready to feel celebrated in this season, not invisible
You'd love to meet inspiring local women, even if you come on your own

The afternoon

The film, never before seen in Australia
A live Q&A with producer Dominique Debroux, up in the middle of her night in the US
You'll be gently guided into easy conversations with one or two women at a time
Goody bags for everyone, plus prize draws: 3 months at Fernwood, an Ashley Jane beauty voucher, a wellness gift at The Sanctuary and a champagne sabrage evening

Feeling a bit nervous about the connection part?

Lots of women are, and that's completely fine. It's supportive, nurturing and genuinely uplifting. If it's a little stretch outside your comfort zone, I promise it will be well worth it.

It's all guided, so you'll never wonder what to say
You choose how much you share. Passing is always welcome
Nobody stands up in front of the room, and there are no awkward ice-breakers
I've hosted these gatherings for women around the world, and I'll be right there with you the whole time

✨ Come for the film. Stay for the women. Leave remembering how magnificent you are. ✨
