We're celebrating World Menopause Day with some caffeine and a spot of movement.

Join us for a morning coffee and walk at Kirribilli – no agenda, no pitch, just a chance to move, talk, and stand together on something that affects half the population.

Peri-/menopause touches every workplace, every family, every community. This walk is simply about showing up for each other – colleagues, friends, and anyone who wants to be part of the conversation.

What to expect:
– A relaxed morning walk around Milsons Point
– Good company and honest conversation
– No speeches, no sales pitch – just connection

Bring a colleague, bring a friend, or come on your own. All welcome.

We'll meet at BTB Cafe in Kirribilli, and head towards the harbour while we walk and talk.

Grab your free ticket below and we'll see you there.
